A. Rapid Transfer Port (RTP)

RTP (Rapid Transfer Port) is a device for securely transferring material from a chamber to another location while avoiding contamination of the product or the environment. We design and manufacture RTP port.

RTP is divided into two parts.

  • Alpha port is permanently attached to the isolator chamber;
  • Beta port, which is connected to Alpha port, serves as a material transfer container.

The RTP system works on a double-door principle, which means that the container’s port cannot be opened until the Alpha and Beta ports have been connected.

RTP is frequently utilized for material output and transport, as well as solid waste removal from chambers. 105, 190, 270, 350, and 460 mm are the standard sizes for the system.

The RTP system is made of materials that can withstand numerous sterilizing cycles (autoclave, ethylene oxide, gamma sterilization, H2O2 sterilization, etc.).

The RTP system has the following safety elements to prevent accidental detachment: –

  • If the Beta container is wrongly attached or placed, the Alpha door will not open.         
  • The Beta container cannot be unplugged after the Alpha door is opened.
B. Split Butterfly Valve​

When the passive and active halves of the butterfly mate, a single vane is formed, allowing powder to flow on the internal side of each half.

As a result, when the passive and active halves undock, the exterior face remains clean and is thus safe to expose to the process environment.

The active and passive halves of a split butterfly valve are made up of two pieces. The active half is usually connected to the receiving vessel or process equipment, while the passive half is usually attached to the discharging port. We manufacture SBV with OEL 5 compliance.

D. VHP Generator

Bio-decontamination processes of clean, dry, sealed enclosures used in medical, pharmaceutical, and biological applications are performed using a vapour phase hydrogen peroxide (VHP) generator.

Class 100 airflow (ISO 5) for better hydrogen peroxide distribution and quicker aeration.

A Rotary carousel can be installed for ergonomics. This allows the use of foot pedals to rotate the shelving to the operator and reduces back strain.

The PLC is integrated to the VHP unit for safety.  If a failure occurs with the VHP unit, the PLC can go to a safe mode.  The portable VHP unit can also be integrated to the isolator PLC.

Airlocks for aseptic transfers of production equipment items, sterility testing supplies or samples

Our VHP uses specifically designed disposable containers containing 3,000 ml of 35 percent Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) to reduce operator exposure to liquid hydrogen peroxide during bulk product handling.

Bio-decontamination is efficient against a wide variety of bacteria. To achieve 6-log sporicidal decrease, processes can be confirmed using Geobacillus stearothermophilus biological markers.

E. Leak Tester (Future Addition)

The most vulnerable link in the containment barrier is the glove. Because they are in close touch with the operator, the main source of potential contamination, gloves are the most important aspect of any aseptic filling line.

ISOVAX gives a wireless, paperless, and pipeless system that provides for precise and reproducible glove and sleeve integrity testing, which includes detecting perforations that aren’t visible to the naked eye.
