RTP (Rapid Transfer Port) is a device for securely transferring material from a chamber to another location while avoiding contamination of the product or the environment. We design and manufacture RTP port.
RTP is divided into two parts.
The RTP system works on a double-door principle, which means that the container’s port cannot be opened until the Alpha and Beta ports have been connected.
RTP is frequently utilized for material output and transport, as well as solid waste removal from chambers. 105, 190, 270, 350, and 460 mm are the standard sizes for the system.
The RTP system is made of materials that can withstand numerous sterilizing cycles (autoclave, ethylene oxide, gamma sterilization, H2O2 sterilization, etc.).

Bio-decontamination processes of clean, dry, sealed enclosures used in medical, pharmaceutical, and biological applications are performed using a vapour phase hydrogen peroxide (VHP) generator.
Class 100 airflow (ISO 5) for better hydrogen peroxide distribution and quicker aeration.
A Rotary carousel can be installed for ergonomics. This allows the use of foot pedals to rotate the shelving to the operator and reduces back strain.
The PLC is integrated to the VHP unit for safety. If a failure occurs with the VHP unit, the PLC can go to a safe mode. The portable VHP unit can also be integrated to the isolator PLC.

Our VHP uses specifically designed disposable containers containing 3,000 ml of 35 percent Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) to reduce operator exposure to liquid hydrogen peroxide during bulk product handling.
Bio-decontamination is efficient against a wide variety of bacteria. To achieve 6-log sporicidal decrease, processes can be confirmed using Geobacillus stearothermophilus biological markers.
